About Reiki
Reiki is a simple, natural, and non-invasive form of energetic healing originating in Japan in the early 20th century and now practiced worldwide, including in medical settings. Through gentle hand placements on or above the body, Reiki encourages the smooth flow of energy through the body’s systems. As the body relaxes, it begins to recall its natural state of calm, clarity, and well-being—releasing stagnant energy that may manifest as pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia, or emotional imbalance.

60 minute session.
I will gladly travel up to 1 hour from my Pawtucket practice to provide in-home Reiki sessions for your fur babies. Please note that a travel fee added on, in addition to the session cost, to account for distance, tolls, gas and time out of the office. For distances beyond one hour please call to inquire about availability.
Please contact me before booking so we can discuss your pet’s needs and intentions via a short consult. This ensures I understand your pet’s temperament, specific needs, and allows for a gentle acquaintance before my arrival. Safety is my top priority, so any behavioral considerations should be disclosed, and rabies and vaccinations must be up to date.
To provide the best experience, pets not directly receiving healing should remain separate, ensuring a calm, distraction-free environment. Comfort items such as blankets, favorite toys, or treats are encouraged to help your pet feel most at ease.
Sessions include hands-on and distance Reiki, incorporating sound, aromatherapy, healing touch, and crystals. I work intuitively along your pet’s energy centers while they lie comfortably in a relaxed space—on their bed, crate, or favorite area. You may be present if it comforts your pet, and in some cases may even hold them if needed.
These sessions are supportive for general wellness, anxiety, depression, inflammation, chronic pain, home transitions, sibling adjustments, and end-of-life care. Each session is guided by intuition and a deep respect for your pet’s comfort and energy, promoting calm, balance, and overall well-being.
Having personally experienced the benefits of Reiki with my own dogs, I am passionate about offering this gentle, loving healing to pets in need. Trust that your furry companion will be showered with peace, love, and energetic support tailored just for them.

60 minute session.
Children from newborn to 14 years can enjoy mini Reiki sessions designed to support anxiety, sleep, relaxation, pain, mental health, life transitions, school or sibling adjustments, communication, healthy coping strategies, or pre/post-operative healing.
At booking, please indicate whether you’d like your child to participate in meditation in a seated, chair, or lying position to meet their comfort and accessibility. I will customize the session to create a safe and supportive environment for your child.
For older children, Reiki can also be combined with Mandala coloring or low-stimulation games, allowing them to move, play, and focus while we gently shift energy and explore what arises.
For children under 5, Reiki sessions are available, though meditation is not optional. A parent or guardian must be present in the room during the session to accompany the child at all times.
While these are typically mini sessions, they can be extended depending on your child’s age, attention span, and interest. I also offer yoga, somatic, and trauma-informed healing for longer sessions—please message if interested in those options.
These sessions are a wonderful way for kids to ground, release tension, and learn healthy coping mechanisms while exploring relaxation, mindfulness, and energy healing in a gentle, supportive environment.

Working with Courtney has been a truly transformative experience. From the very first session, her warm and compassionate presence made me feel completely safe and at ease. Through her gentle yet powerful Reiki sessions, I have experienced profound internal shifts. These shifts have helped me clear heavy energetic blocks, guiding me toward a much deeper sense of self-love and self-respect. Over time, I’ve noticed a remarkable growth in my inner strength, a clearer sense of discernment in my choices, and a wellspring of compassion for myself and others. I leave every session feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed. I could not recommend Energetic Healing + Wellness more highly to anyone on a healing journey!

Neuro divergent, queer, and trauma friendly. Court thinks of every last detail to make you feel comfortable. They have really helped guide me through some hopelessness. I could feel calming and positive energy off of them immediately. I will be seeing them again.

Court is truly a remarkable person. Her kindness, positive energy and insightfulness is amazing. Her presence in our home and the experience that she provided for my family had such an incredible impact on each of us that I just cannot put into words. The tears were flowing and feelings pouring out of us as we enjoyed the sound bath. Our home feels lighter and brighter.
My heartfelt thanks to Court for providing the peace and helping us reflect on the love we have for each other.
I can’t wait to see her next week as she will be providing Raiki for my mom and my pets.
I truly feel that Court was sent to my family and I to help me find peace and hope as I have been feeling so overwhelmed.
It was an honor to have her come to our home and I am truly grateful to have her share her amazing energy and spirit.
Thank you Court for being such a wonderful person and sharing your gift and energy with us.
