60 Minute Intuitive Guidance/Reiki/Crystal Energy Healing Session

We set our intention for the healing session and you'll have the option to pull an Oracle card in which we'll later interpret and discuss how it resonates with you currently. You'll settle into a comfortable position on the massage table or chair and we'll do a series of grounding breaths before placing the crystals and beginning our reiki session. You’re invited to relax, meditate, sleep, focus on breath work etc., all in a peacefully cozy room surrounded by soothing sounds and comforting aromas as I perform approximately 50 mins of intuitive, energetic healing. You will be welcomed back to your physical being by a beautiful Tibetan bowl sound bath. There will be some time to chat or silently journal while we finish our session. We can discuss anything you've experienced during your healing as well as book a future appointment. This truly is a wonderfully relaxing, clarifying and grounding experience.

60 minute Reiki & Chakra Body Scan Meditation Session

If you prefer to begin with a meditation we can also do so as some find it more comforting to ease into a healing post grounding and connecting with their physical being. There will be some time to chat after our session or silently journal while we near the end of our session. We can discuss anything you've experienced during your healing as well as book a future appointment. This truly is a wonderfully relaxing, clarifying and grounding experience.

Group Energy Healing Gatherings In Your Home For Up To 5 People

I will happily travel within 1 hour of my practice located in Providence, RI, to your location of choice for the added comfort and convenience of hosting a healing gathering in your home. This includes 3 hours of devoted healing time for all guests in addition to travel costs to and from your location. (Farther distances can be discussed and arranged for additional fees) I will set up my healing space within a private room (that fits a massage table) where I will perform individualized energetic healing sessions for a group max of 5 beings. Slots will run 30 minutes each for 5 people or slightly longer with less individuals partaking in healings. Enjoy your time holding space together with refreshments and whatever you may choose while everyone has the opportunity to experience the ancient Japanese art of reiki paired with charged crystals and intuitive messages from spirit which are channeled through your certified healing arts practitioner and intuitive guide, Court. Your sessions will include an intuitive hands on healing that incorporates intention setting, an oracle card reading, sage or aromatherapy, soothing music, healing crystals placed on your 7 main chakras and meridians.Sit back (or lay down) relax and drift off into a blissful state of healing.

The total fee for group healings does factor in the cost and time of travel in addition to the clients convenience of in home sessions.

Distance Reiki (Via Zoom)

I offer 30 ($60) or 60 ($80) minute distance reiki sessions via Zoom where you will receive healing energy which is just as effective as in person but accommodates those who are far from my practice or unable to leave their home. As you lay or sit, relaxed with the camera on or off in a quiet, private room you can ground in and listen to soothing music and we will then discuss anything you’re feeling / experienced during the session. With longer sessions we can incorporate journaling and meditation as part of the reiki. These sessions are customizable so please contact me and I’ll create a customized healing session for you.

In Home Reiki For Pets

I will travel to your home as long as it is within 30 minutes from my practice in Providence (farther distances can be discussed) so that your pet will be most comfortable receiving energy work in a familiar and relaxed environment, home. I ask that your pet is showered with love and made very comfortable in a private area on their dog bed etc., so that they are most approachable and able to receive reiki to calm and offer peace. I aim to arrive for our healing session when your pet is most relaxed, calm and sleepy in order to be able to fully engage and promote energetic healing so we can discuss the time best suited for ideal interactions and healing. I use a combination of distance reiki, hands on healing, sound, aromatherapy and crystals during my sessions. This is of course dependent on your pets comforts, temperament and needs. I travel intuitively along your pets chakras as they lay comfortably. You may be present if that offers comfort to your fur baby, even holding them if I am unable, we just want them to be most at ease. This healing is wonderful for your pets general wellness, anxiety and depression, inflammation, new home or sibling adjustment, chronic pain, health issues and end of life care.

Whatever it is you seek for your furry friend trust that my intuitively guided reiki sessions are sure to benefit your beloved pet. We will shower them with love and peace to support overall wellness and balance. My love for animals and personal experience with providing reiki to my own dogs has inspired me to offer these services to any fur baby in need of soothing relief.

We will meet via Zoom so settle into a private, quiet room and then we will chat, ground into a comfortable state whether they be lying down or sitting comfortably with the camera on or off and lights also optional. There will be a meditation followed by reiki and 10 minutes of journaling followed by 5 minutes of discussion to share any experiences or discoveries that surface during our healing session.

This is a wonderful option if you want a supportive outlet to heal, express and find balance. This suits all beings; if you aren’t local to my Providence location, are a current client that is traveling, unable to physically visit my location or moved but still want to receive my customized healing and guidance.

In Home Energy Clearing & Blessing

Please call or text to confirm availability for these appointments before booking on your own. I will need to ask some information about the location I am traveling to and concerns or needs you have in order to better prepare the items to cleanse your space properly and account for the commute. I travel one hour from my location in Providence. Anything farther needs to be discussed and approved before confirming as there will be additional fees for travel and file lot of the office.

I will salt, sage/Palo Santo and cleanse your home as well as offer a short energy healing session to you and direct members living in the home as well to cleanse and ground all the present beings energy while offering support and guidance to create a more harmonious and protected home.

Remove excess dark or negative energy and create peace and synergy, abundance, peace, better luck, sleep, reduce stress, soothe anxious people or pets, remove and protect your immediate residence. Offer suggestions to continue the practice and bring a healing protection candle, salt, herbs and essentials jar to continue to call in the light and use in the center of your home to cleanse the space even after I have left.

Spiritual Advisory & Support / Intuitive / Ministry Support

We will meet at my office and have an open discussion about whatever it is that you wish to share, uncover, release, seek council for etc. This is by no means a licensed mental health facility so there is no medical treatment /diagnosis / medication, it is solely a safe space to freely vent, unpack, hold space and be heard, to discuss life and receive spiritual coaching and support as if you were talking with a very intuitive friend who is looking to support your journey in all facets of health, wellness and spirituality. Here we simply have a brave space to speak our truth, share our visions, set goals, journal, meditate, chat, listen to music, color mandalas or receive energy work in a space that allows growth and empowerment.

Intuitive Oracle & Tarot Card Readings (In Person Or Zoom)

We will begin with a guided visualization that includes some energy work to connect our auras followed by a few grounding breaths and trust in our guides as we set our intention. We will ask for guidance and support during our session as we consult the cards and their messages. We may also incorporate crystals, cleansing smoke, a pendulum, sound healing and other forms of energy work during your session. You have the option of choosing 1 or 2 decks and we will do a full reading. Depending on what you are seeking this can be a full life spread or a more present and future focus other times I am called to share with you what may be most resonant on your journey. There will be space honored for questions and explanations.

Private Somatic & Restorative Yoga Sessions In Office

I am a certified somatic healing, trauma informed, laughter, restorative and yin yoga instructor offering customized one on one sessions to aid any and all bodies / beings in their wellness journey. Each session is just us, in a cozy and safe space where I can either guide you throughout your practice with verbal or hands on assists, at your comfort. I have mats and props if needed or bring your own, either way there is no need to worry if you’re new to yoga, are traveling or simply don’t own one. We will gently ground, connect and release energies no longer serving us while following the breath and listening to the body. Also incorporating sound therapy, aromatherapy, reiki, oracle cards, journaling, meditation and crystal healing elements into your personalized session. This is gentle and at your pace, no power and no experience necessary to honor your body and practice. I have chairs, mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, pillows, water and the safe space to allow yourself to truly notice the body and decompress the mind.

Paired Healing

This is a customized session for 2 people held within my cozy practice in which I create an experience based on your needs and interests, allowing for a supportively shared practice. Whether you are seasoned in these forms of wellness, curious to try them, want to introduce another to the joys of mindfulness or just looking to enjoy a wellness day together this is ideal for you!

The focus is to hold space with a friend, partner, family member or child (old enough to actively participate) etc., in a shared intention of support, connectedness, grounding, healing, relaxation, mindfulness and restoration. The location is on a 3rd floor (up 2 flights of stairs) and the setup will take place on the floor for yoga or laying down on beds if reiki, meditation and sound healing so please be aware of those aspects when booking. Yoga mats, blankets, water and yoga props are provided.

Dress comfortably (athletic or pj style, class dependent) bring your favorite warm beverage or infused iced water, any props you may prefer such as a blanket, bolster or cozy sweatshirt, a notebook, crystals or things that you’d like to incorporate into your experience.

Children’s reiki & meditation 30 minutes

Ages 5-17 can come in and either choose a mini Reiki session to help with anxiety, sleep, relaxation, pain, mental health, life transition, new sibling or school adjustment, communication, healthy coping mechanisms, pre or post op healing etc.

At the time of booking you would notate if you’d like to have a meditation in a seated, chair or laying position and I will write something customized to support and create a safe environment for the child. Also, if reiki is preferred we can also incorporate Mandala coloring or other low stimulation games to shift the child’s focus and meet them where they are at (not asking for stillness if struggling with this) where we both are on mats on the floor and just gently playing as we move that energy and inquire about what arises.

If you have a child younger than five, and you are interested in Reiki, this is also an option for them. However, of course the meditation would not be optional, so this would be reiki only. You must be present to accompany your child in the room as I perform reiki energy healing. These are mini sessions but can be extended if desired and dependent on the age of the child, their attention span and interest in other modalities. I also offer Yoga; somatic and trauma informed healing and other modalities that would fall into a 60 minute or longer category. Please message if interested in those services but this is a great start to try out Reiki energy healing and meditation for kiddos looking to ground in and learn some healthy coping mechanisms.

Hello all! Thank you so much for honoring my practice and booking a healing session with Energetic Healing + Wellness.

Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made 24 hours or more, before the date of your scheduled appointment otherwise there will be a fee applied to your account equaling 100% of your missed/cancelled session cost. If sick or emergency please call and we will reschedule or collect 50% missed session fee. This amount is to be paid directly to Court via Venmo/Zelle/Apple Pay or CashApp.

I am very understanding and compassionate regarding life events and do not require appointment deposits from clients as I trust we share the mutual respect of communication and time; though this does gravely affect my livelihood when no shows or last minute cancellations occur. I am happy to reschedule without assessing the fee as long as this is communicated in the 24 hour window and is not a frequent occurrence.

Appointment reminders are sent within the same 24 hour window in which I respectfully ask that you honor my time as well. Equally I wish to avoid credit card pre authorizations and charging the fees as I trust you have booked a session for a reason and will honor that same reciprocity you'd expect.

I did a tarot card reading and sat with her discussing feelings & past traumas as though she was a lifelong friend. This is how warm & welcoming she is. My 2nd time was a reiki session.
